Responsibilities

• Communication with clients via email, SMS, and mobile push
• Preparation of content plan
• Configuration of automatic sending chains
• Customer base segmentation
• Generation and testing of hypotheses to increase conversion
• Monitoring and improvement of domain reputation
• Reporting on the effectiveness of mailings

Requirements

• Polish language proficiency at B2 level or higher
• Experience in writing sales texts in Polish
• Experience with email services like esputnik/stripo/sendpulse/sendinblue/unisender and others
• Ability to create advertising content independently
• Experience in improving domain reputation
