About the Position
We are seeking an Email Marketing Manager to oversee email campaigns for Bed Bath & Beyond, ensuring effective communication and optimization of email marketing strategies.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute email campaigns across the Bed Bath & Beyond family of brands.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to collect relevant information for email campaigns.
- Manage the email production process, ensuring timely delivery of campaign assets.
- Analyze campaign results and make recommendations to optimize performance.
- Support the testing and development of new email capabilities.
- Understand email system configuration and vendor contributions.
- Effectively manage direct reports and external resources.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with a Marketing focus, M.B.A. preferred.
- Minimum of five to seven years of email marketing experience within a retail or similar setting.
- Must have email production experience with an enterprise-level Email Service Provider.
- Strong understanding of email and mobile best practices, including tools, technology, and KPIs.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong project management skills.
- Strong management skills, including the ability to influence without direct authority.
