Our Products:

• PlantIn - the #1 app in the US market for plant identification and care assistance. PlantIn allows you to create personalized care plans, consult with botanists, and communicate in a global community of plant enthusiasts.
• CoinIn - an app for identifying and determining the value of coins and banknotes. It provides instant access to complete information about coins and banknotes and tips on caring for your collection.

We are looking for an Email Marketing Manager to join our User Acquisition team. The main goal of the role is to build and develop email as a full-fledged revenue channel: from strategy to launch across all company products.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve the email strategy for all PlantIn products (PlantIn, CoinIn, RockIn, and new applications).
• Launch and optimize marketing campaigns to convert users into paying subscribers.
• Build and refine automated email journeys - from welcome series to retention triggers.
• Run A/B tests on subject lines, content, and CTAs - analyze results and implement changes.
• Launch and optimize system and transactional emails, monitor deliverability and domain health.
• Collaborate with the UAM team, designers, developers, and PMs to implement email initiatives.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in email marketing.
• Practical experience with email platforms: Customer.io, MailChimp, SendGrid, or eSputnik.
• Understanding of key metrics: Open Rate, Click Rate, CTOR, Bounce Rate, Unsubscribe Rate, Spam Rate - and their norms.
• Basic HTML knowledge for layout and editing email templates.
• Ability to configure domain technical parameters (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) and work with Google Postmaster.
• Skills in audience segmentation, UTM parameter setup, and building automated email chains.
• Ability to write clickable subjects, sales content, and strong CTAs.
• Ownership and independence: willingness to tackle tasks without ready-made solutions and bring them to fruition.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Customer.io.
• Work with mobile apps or subscription products.
