Embedded Firmware Engineer

About the Position

We are looking for an Embedded Firmware Engineer with at least 4 years of experience in embedded software development for ARM-based MCUs. The role is available in Lviv, Lutsk, Rivne, Ukraine or remotely.

Responsibilities

• Develop firmware for ARM-based MCUs
• Implement bare-metal and RTOS-based systems
• Work with communication protocols/interfaces: UART, SPI, I2C, CAN
• Develop practical experience with wireless SoCs: BLE, Wi-Fi, GPS, GSM
• Experience with cloud platforms: Azure IoT Suite, AWS IoT Core, etc.
• Utilize tools like oscilloscope, multimeter, signal analyzers, and generators
• Apply knowledge of Analog/Digital electronics and electronic schematics
• Systematic approach to problem-solving, documentation, and testing

Requirements

• At least 4 years of relevant experience as an embedded engineer
• Strong knowledge of C programming
• MS in Computer Science or equivalent technical education
• At least intermediate level of English proficiency

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of other programming languages or technology stacks: C++ or Python
• Experience with single-board computers, like: Raspberry Pi, NVIDIA Jetson Nano, etc.
• Ability to assume the role of a primary developer/ tech lead of the project
