About the Position
We are seeking an engaged Embedded Software Application Engineer Specialist to join our team in Göteborg, Sweden. As part of one of the world's leading transportation, mobility & construction equipment providers, you will be responsible for the entire development process, from understanding user needs to implementing and quality assuring the solution.
Responsibilities
- Perform functional development, including requirement breakdown, software design, documentation, implementation, testing, and verification.
- Specialize in a technical domain such as Vehicle, HMI, Combustion, Engine After treatment, Electromobility, Powertrain control, Control Theory, Mechatronic, Diagnostics.
- Lead system engineering in a technical team and play an active role in the delivery.
- Integrate deliveries from others and be responsible for securing quality and readiness before release.
- Network across the organization and influence the work in other sites.
- Develop acquired competence and participate in business development.
Requirements
- 8 years or more of relevant experience.
- Specialist in Embedded Software Applications typically obtained through education and work experience.
- Lead complex group tasks/projects and actively develop team members.
