Embedded Software Application Engineer Specialist

About the Position

We are seeking an engaged Embedded Software Application Engineer Specialist to join our team in Göteborg, Sweden. As part of one of the world's leading transportation, mobility & construction equipment providers, you will be responsible for the entire development process, from understanding user needs to implementing and quality assuring the solution.

Responsibilities

• Perform functional development, including requirement breakdown, software design, documentation, implementation, testing, and verification.
• Specialize in a technical domain such as Vehicle, HMI, Combustion, Engine After treatment, Electromobility, Powertrain control, Control Theory, Mechatronic, Diagnostics.
• Lead system engineering in a technical team and play an active role in the delivery.
• Integrate deliveries from others and be responsible for securing quality and readiness before release.
• Network across the organization and influence the work in other sites.
• Develop acquired competence and participate in business development.

Requirements

• 8 years or more of relevant experience.
• Specialist in Embedded Software Applications typically obtained through education and work experience.
• Lead complex group tasks/projects and actively develop team members.
