About the Role

• Development of digital and/or analog electronic circuits for various products within customer projects
• Consulting customers and colleagues in the field of electrical and electronic systems
• Interdisciplinary collaboration with internal and external colleagues
• Participation in requirements analysis, design, and effort estimation
• Taking technical responsibility for the successful implementation of work packages
• Support in sales, design of internal processes, and selection of tools

Requirements

• Hochschulabschluss in Elektrotechnik or comparable education

• 5 years of experience as an electronics developer with proven project successes in interdisciplinary product development

• Very good knowledge in digital and analog circuit technology
• Practical experience in PCB layout, preferably with Altium Designer
• Good knowledge in EMC-compliant circuit, layout, and shielding design
• Methodical approach and practical experience with requirements engineering (e.g., V-Model) and risk management methodologies (e.g., FMEA)
• Analytical, structured, efficient, and independent working style with a focus on results
• High customer orientation with flexibility for on-site and in-house assignments
• Proactive collaboration with team colleagues in the areas of firmware and mechanics
• Fluent in German (spoken and written) and good knowledge of English

Nice to Have

• Experience in the development of medical devices according to IEC 60601-1
• In-depth knowledge in the areas of RF, Motor Control, Batteries, Sensorics, and Actuators
• Practical experience in firmware/software development (e.g., C, C++, Rust, Python)
• Knowledge in stress analysis of circuits and reliability tests
