Responsibilities

As an Employee Engagement Manager, you will develop and implement initiatives that foster a positive, engaging, and innovative work environment across all our live casino locations - aligning daily activities and long-term strategies to drive excellence in employee engagement.

Focus:

  • Employee morale, motivation, retention
  • Building a strong workplace culture
  • Making employees feel valued and connected

Typical Work:

  • Running engagement surveys and acting on results
  • Designing recognition programs, events, initiatives
  • Improving onboarding and employee experience
  • Working with HR on retention strategies
  • Driving initiatives like wellbeing, DEI, team bonding

Success Metrics:

  • Engagement scores (eNPS)
  • Retention / attrition
  • Participation in programs
  • Employee satisfaction

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years in Employee Engagement, Employer Branding, or People & Culture role with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven ability to work with data.
  • Experience in organizing and delivering impactful events.
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in regulated, high-volume environments is advantageous.
  • Excellent skills in cross-functional communication, leadership, and execution.
  • Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Passion for creating inclusive, people-oriented workplaces.
