Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Employee Relations and Advisory Team
- Provide expert advice on employee relations matters
- Develop and implement employee relations policies and procedures
Requirements
- Proven experience in Employee Relations
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to handle complex employee relations issues
Salary
- £60,000 - £70,000 per annum
