About the Position
We are seeking an Employee Relations & Change Senior Manager for a 18-month Fixed-Term Contract (FTC) role in Hammersmith, London. This position offers a competitive salary up to £90,000 per annum.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage employee relations initiatives
- Oversee change management processes
- Collaborate with senior management to implement HR strategies
Requirements
- Proven experience in Employee Relations and Change Management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a hybrid model (3 days per week in the office)
