Employee Relations & Change Senior Manager
Join Oakleaf Partnership as a Senior Manager for Employee Relations & Change in Hammersmith, London. This is a hybrid role with 3 days in the office.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage employee relations and change initiatives.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with senior management to align HR practices with organizational goals.
Requirements
- Employee Relations: Proven experience in managing employee relations.
- Change Management: Strong background in leading and managing organizational change.
- Leadership: Ability to lead and inspire a team.
We Offer
- Salary: Up to £90,000 per annum.
- Location: Hammersmith, London.
