Employee Relations & Change Senior Manager
Join Oakleaf Partnership as a Senior Manager in Employee Relations & Change in Hammersmith, London. This is a hybrid role with 3 days in the office.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage employee relations and change initiatives
- Develop and implement strategies for effective employee engagement
- Collaborate with senior management to drive organizational change
