Responsibilities

  • Supporting the management of employee relations cases, including disciplinary processes, grievances, performance management, and terminations, as well as the preparation of supporting documentation
  • Supporting the conduct of internal workplace investigations, ensuring a timely and objective approach in line with applicable employment law and company policies
  • Providing support to managers and HR Business Partners on day-to-day employee relations matters
  • Ensuring the consistent application of and compliance with internal company policies and procedures
  • Liaising with the Legal team and other relevant stakeholders as required
  • Maintaining and updating employee relations case records, ensuring strict confidentiality of information
  • Monitoring employee relations trends and reporting to line management
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of HR policies, procedures, and processes
  • Carrying out any other duties within the scope of employee relations as may be assigned by the Company

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in HR, preferably within Employee Relations
  • Experience supporting internal investigations and disciplinary processes
  • Good knowledge of employment law
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of discretion and professionalism
  • Good command of the English language
