About the Role:
We are seeking an Employer Brand Manager who will take on the development of EVO's HR brand in social media and enhance external activities focused on candidates.
This role is for those who feel the trends in digital communications and want to influence how one of the largest product IT companies in Ukraine is perceived by candidates and the market. The recognizability of EVO as an employer and a steady flow of relevant talent will depend on your work.
About the Team:
You will join the EVO ecosystem, reporting to the SMM team of Prom – the flagship project of the company. The team consists of a leader, a video creator, and designers.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the SMM strategy for EVO's HR brand
- Participate in external activities related to the development of the employer brand
- Develop the company's social media
- Create a content plan: categories, topics, formats, tone of voice
- Generate content about company culture, teams, vacancies, internal life, and employee expertise
- Work with internal brand ambassadors: employees and team leaders
- Launch campaigns in hiring directions with the Talent Acquisition team
- Analyze the effectiveness of channels: reach, engagement, audience growth, number of responses
- Test new content formats, hypotheses, and promotion channels
This Role is for You If:
- You have 2+ years of experience in SMM, employer brand, or content marketing
- You have experience building a content strategy from scratch
- You understand social media trends and platform algorithms
- You can create strong content that attracts attention and elicits a response
- You write easily, quickly, and interestingly
- You work independently, structurally, and responsibly
- You can negotiate with stakeholders and manage end-to-end direction
- You have a good taste for content and a sense of brand
- You have a portfolio of successful cases
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in employer brand development in product or tech companies
- Cases of growth on LinkedIn / TikTok / Instagram pages
- Experience with Canva, Figma, and basic video editors to create visuals or edit videos independently if needed
- Analytics skills
