Enablement Engineer

About the Position

We are seeking a Product Enablement Engineer to create training, demos, and documentation for AI/ML platforms for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Building and delivering training, demos, and documentation for AI/ML platforms.
• Running workshops and stakeholder enablement sessions.
• Hands-on experience with collaboration platforms such as SharePoint and Confluence.
• Implementing process automation using Power Platform / Power Tools and Power Automate.
• Identifying and implementing automation solutions (scripting or low-code) to reduce manual work.
• Basic familiarity or strong interest in AI/ML concepts, quick learner, and able to provide troubleshooting/support for product setup.

Requirements

• Experience as a Product Enablement Engineer.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with Power Platform, Power Tools, SharePoint, Confluence, Power Automate, scripting, and low-code solutions.
• Basic familiarity or strong interest in AI/ML concepts.
