We are seeking a Product Enablement Engineer to build and deliver training, demos, and documentation for AI/ML platforms to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Responsibilities
- Building and delivering training, demos, and documentation for AI/ML platforms.
- Running workshops and stakeholder enablement sessions.
- Hands-on experience with collaboration platforms such as SharePoint and Confluence.
- Implementing process automation using Power Platform / Power Tools, Power Automate, scripting, or low-code solutions.
- Providing troubleshooting and support for product setup.
Requirements
- Experience as a Product Enablement Engineer.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Basic familiarity or strong interest in AI/ML concepts.
- Quick learner with the ability to provide troubleshooting/support for product setup.
We Expect You to Have
- Proficiency with Power Platform, Power Tools, SharePoint, Confluence, Power Automate, scripting, or low-code solutions.
- Experience in identifying and implementing process automation.
