About the Position
We’re the world’s leading sports technology company, at the intersection between sports, media, and betting. More than 1,700 sports federations, media outlets, betting operators, and consumer platforms across 120 countries rely on our know-how and technology to boost their business.
To strengthen our experienced teams, we are looking for a Desktop Support Engineer that will join our office in Montevideo. You will work individually but you will be a part of the international IT support team in the Sportradar Group.
Responsibilities
- Being the 1st level of tech support
- Managing day-to-day IT operations
- Facilitating IT procurement, desktop support, and active directory among other duties
- Collaborating with our global development teams
Requirements
- Master or Bachelor Degree in computer science or an equivalent
- Strong background in Microsoft products required (Windows Server, Office, Windows 10, Azure, WSUS)
- Antivirus Software
- Asset management tools
- Good communication skills
- Fluent in English
- Willingness to learn new technologies
- Positive, team player with a can-do attitude
