About the Position

We are seeking an Endpoint Management Engineer to manage and secure all end-user devices across an organization using modern, cloud-based tools.

Responsibilities

Manage the full device lifecycle across Windows environments, including enrolment, provisioning, configuration, patching, compliance, and decommissioning.
Design and maintain standardized configurations, policies, and security baselines using Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot.
Implement and optimize Modern Device Management solutions.
Automate provisioning, policy enforcement, reporting, and operational workflows through cloud integrations and enterprise APIs.
Monitor system performance, availability, and security posture, proactively resolving issues.
Maintain clear technical documentation and continuously improve platform capabilities following industry best practices.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven experience managing endpoint environments at enterprise scale.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, Entra ID, and Windows 11 enterprise configuration.
Experience with Modern Management and GPO coexistence.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Proactive, resilient, and assertive mindset.
Microsoft certifications are a plus.
Business-level English and Portuguese.
