About the Position

Endpoint Management | Intune / SCCM

Manage and operate Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager and Microsoft Intune in hybrid Azure AD environments. The role focuses on device administration, software and operating system deployment, patch management, compliance, and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage Microsoft Intune and SCCM/MECM activities.
• Deploy and monitor software updates and patch management processes.
• Support operating system, application, and package deployment.
• Implement unattended device installation and configuration processes using SCCM, MDT, task sequences, BitLocker, and MBAM.
• Administer devices, users, groups, policies, security, compliance, reporting, and enrollment in Microsoft Intune.
• Create, monitor, and manage deployment rings.
• Perform reporting and troubleshooting activities.
• Update and document tickets handled.
• Create and maintain technical and operational documentation.

Requirements

• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows.
• Knowledge of computer hardware.
• Basic knowledge of computer networks.
• Spoken and written English.
• A driving license valid in Portugal.
• Availability to travel.

Nice to Have

• ITIL knowledge or certification.

We Offer

• Competitive salary: EUR 1860 - EUR 2100 per month.
• Full-time position.
• On-site work location: Picoas, Lisboa.
