About the Position

Job Summary

As an Engagement Delivery Lead in OT security, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of cybersecurity projects within a hybrid work model. With a focus on client satisfaction and project excellence, you will ensure that all engagements are executed efficiently and effectively. Your role will involve coordinating with various teams to deliver top-notch cybersecurity solutions that align with the company's strategic goals.

Responsibilities

Lead the planning and execution of OT Security projects ensuring alignment with client objectives and timelines.
Oversee the coordination of cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive cybersecurity solutions.
Provide expert guidance on cybersecurity best practices to enhance project outcomes.
Ensure that all project deliverables meet the highest quality standards and client expectations.
Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to address any deviations from the plan.
Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships to foster trust and long-term collaboration.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement strategies to enhance project efficiency.
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure the integration of cutting-edge cybersecurity technologies.
Manage project budgets and resources to optimize cost-effectiveness and value delivery.
Conduct regular project reviews to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all project activities.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to elevate the quality of cybersecurity services.

Requirements
