Engagement Manager ServiceNow (F/H)

About the Team
In France, the dedicated ServiceNow team comprises over 275 technical experts spread across Paris, Lyon, Nantes, and a center of excellence in Toulouse.
This unified team supports organizations in their digital transformation with a holistic approach to the ServiceNow platform.

Responsibilities
- Ensure customer satisfaction.
- Lead the project adopting an Agile methodology, from the framing phase to production.
- Manage delivery teams (developers, functional consultants, technical experts) and the change management team, ensuring optimal cohesion.
- Facilitate various project governance bodies (Steering Committees, Project Committees), ensuring smooth communication and effective decision-making with stakeholders.
- Rigorously manage the budget, resource allocation, planning, and workload plans, while overseeing risk management.
- Support and advise our clients in defining their strategy for evolving the ServiceNow platform and securing the achievement of objectives.
Capitalize on feedback and contribute to the continuous improvement of our methods and tools within our community of Project Managers and Project Directors.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in IT and/or 3 years in ServiceNow project management.
- Skills: Experience in solution integration projects, organization, and great rigor. Team player with proficiency in English. Agile methodology, functional or business skills are a plus.
