Responsibilities

• Operational Management: Own the operational aspects of all tutor-facing programs and projects end-to-end, such as running the annual tutor conference and the team's webinar series. This includes sourcing speakers, coordinating logistics, and tracking outcomes.
• Project Management: Drive new engagement projects from ideation to delivery.
• Community Engagement: Manage the operational side of community activities, including contests, awards, and story collections to keep tutors engaged.
• LMS Migration Support: Assist in the Academy's LMS migration by coordinating content shifts, reviewing content, and developing AI workflows to expedite the process.
• Research and Analysis: Conduct focus groups, light research, and data analysis to enhance the tutor experience across various channels and Preply.
• Reporting: Establish a reporting cadence to monitor the performance of your programs.

Outcomes:

• Develop tutor engagement programs that provide real value to participating tutors across community, learning, and product launches.
• Foster tutor sentiment and trust, ensuring tutors feel motivated and want to continue.
• Ensure tutor feedback reaches the appropriate stakeholders, influencing real decisions through research and focus groups.
• Maintain a robust operational framework that enables the team to move quickly and deliver programs on time, regardless of scale.

Requirements

• Experience: Hands-on experience in planning and executing complex events or programs that have reached thousands of people within a team with real stakeholders and dependencies.
• Ownership: Comfortable both executing someone else's plan with precision and taking full ownership of a project that has no plan yet.
• Trust Building: Ability to build working trust with a new team quickly, even without formal authority.
• Stakeholder Management: Strong skills in managing stakeholders and collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners.
• Analytical Skills: Comfortable deriving insights from research and focus groups and using data to measure program effectiveness.
• Communication Skills: Strong written and spoken communication skills with a keen sense of tone.
• AI Systems: Ability to build AI systems and workflows that automate repetitive manual tasks.

• User Empathy: Understanding how the programs you run impact a tutor's ability to earn and feel supported.
• LMS Experience: Familiarity with learning management systems such as Docebo, 360Learning, or Thinkific.
