About the Position
Engineer - IT (Modern Work) (COT)
Liebherr CMCtec India Private Limited in Pune, India, is seeking a passionate IT Engineer to join our team. This role focuses on modern work solutions, including SharePoint migration and digital workplace support.
Responsibilities
- Migration of SharePoint on-premises solutions to SharePoint Online
- Second-level support for Digital Workplace issues
- Documentation of complex problems and their resolutions
- Delivering user guidance and assistance
Requirements
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines
Experience
- More than 5 years of experience in a similar field
Core Skills
- In-depth knowledge and experience with the following applications:
- Microsoft Teams
- SharePoint (Online/OnPrem)
- M365
- Azure AD
- Atlassian Confluence
- Jira
- Power Automate
- Power Apps
- SharePoint migration
Preferred / Special Skills
- Experience in application development with Power Automate and Power Apps is a plus
- Experience in SharePoint migration projects is a plus
- Willingness to learn and openness to new technologies
- Knowledge of digital workplace technologies and European IT standards
- Very good written and spoken English skills, good German skills preferable
- Working experience in international IT centers and teams
- Strong communication skills, intercultural competence, and hands-on mentality
