About the Position
Engineer Talent Lead
Join Boldare and build AI-powered products with a team that values autonomy, experimentation, and continuous learning. We are looking for an Engineer Talent Lead to lead development teams and drive our AI-powered projects.

Responsibilities
- Lead development teams with 10+ people
- Provide strong technical guidance and support
- Understand and align business and technical strategies
- Motivate and manage team performance
- Foster a collaborative and empathetic team environment
- Make strategic decisions and take ownership
- Communicate effectively and work in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in a similar leadership role in IT
- Proven experience in leading development teams (10+ people)
- Profound understanding of the engineering field
- Business orientation and strategic thinking
- Strong leadership and ownership
- Fluency in Polish and English (B2+ level)
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Empathy and respect for others
- Availability to work from one of Boldare offices at least once a week
