Engineer Talent Lead

Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a development team of 10+ people
- Provide profound technical guidance and support
- Understand and align business and technical strategies
- Motivate and manage team performance
- Foster a collaborative and empathetic team environment
- Exhibit strategic thinking and strong decision-making
- Communicate effectively with colleagues in Polish and English (B2+ level)
- Work from one of Boldare offices (Warszawa, Kraków, Gliwice, Wrocław) at least once a week
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in a similar leadership role in IT
- Proven experience in leading a development team (10+ people)
- Strong technical background with practical experience in the engineering field
- Business orientation and understanding of both business and technical strategy
- Knowledge of motivating and managing teams
- Strong leadership and ownership
- Excellent communication skills, team player, empathetic
- Fluency in Polish and English (B2+ level)
- Availability to work from one of Boldare offices (Warszawa, Kraków, Gliwice, Wrocław) at least once a week
