Responsibilities

• Development of Concepts: Create technical solutions for baggage handling systems.
• Assessment of Existing Systems: Evaluate and provide insights on current baggage handling facilities.
• Specification and Tender Support: Draft technical specifications and support tender processes.
• Project Supervision and Implementation: Oversee the realization and monitoring of projects.
• Innovation and Future Concepts: Develop new concepts for future automation needs.
• Project Management: Lead and support projects.
• Customer Interaction: Engage with clients directly.
• Specialization in Electrical/Control Systems: Optional focus on electrical and control systems.

Requirements

• Qualification: Degree in Engineering.
• Experience: 5+ years in conveyor and sorting systems, with at least 3 years in baggage handling systems.
• Skills: Experience in electrical/control systems (desirable), implementation-oriented and structured approach, excellent communication skills, team spirit, readiness to take responsibility, fluent in German and English, additional languages are a plus, willingness to undergo security clearance for airport work, willingness to travel (nationally and internationally).
