About the Position

Responsibilities

• Design new, and evaluate existing products, processes, and/or systems.
• Participate in operational process improvement initiatives that impact key performance indicators.
• Work on cross-functional project teams with colleagues in Marketing, Sales, R&D, and Operations.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a 4-year college or university pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Strong desire and motivation to develop a career as a future leader in the engineering function.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Related work or internship experience and results-oriented through initiative, ownership, and accountability.
• Applicants must have unrestricted US work authorization (forms of CPT and PT are restricted work authorization).
