About the Role

As an Engineering Manager for Industrial and Railway Power Supply Systems (m/w/d), you will shape the planning and implementation of forward-looking energy supply systems for industrial and railway customers, making a significant contribution to a safe and sustainable infrastructure.

• You will take on the technical and economic project management for demanding industrial and railway power supply systems from conception to successful commissioning
• You will plan, design, and supervise electrical systems and be responsible for the implementation of performance phases according to HOAI
• You will develop technical concepts, studies, and expert opinions for customer-specific requirements in the industrial and railway environment
• You will coordinate internal and external project participants as well as executing partner companies and ensure timely and quality-compliant implementation
• You will support the sales department in acquiring service projects and advise customers on optimal technical solutions

Requirements

• Completed master's degree in electrical engineering or a comparable qualification
• Long-standing experience in the planning, design, and implementation of medium and low voltage systems as well as rectifier substations for public transport
• Good knowledge in project management and in planning and construction supervision according to the relevant HOAI performance phases
• Strong analytical skills and a comprehensive understanding of complex technical relationships as well as the willingness to familiarize yourself with new topics and technologies
• Team spirit, strong communication skills, customer orientation, and entrepreneurial and innovative thinking and action
• Willingness to travel and a Class B driver's license
