At Nomagic, we’re on a mission to teach robots the real world. We’re now looking for an Engineering Manager, who’s ready to deep dive into the problems of integrating physical AI, software, the physical world, and at the same time build a healthy team.

Salary: 35 000 - 39 000 gross UoP per month plus equity

This role is partially hands-on - you will still write code

Responsibilities

Lead a team of professionals in integrating physical AI, software, and the physical world.
Build and maintain a healthy team environment.
Collaborate with top professionals in the industry.
Solve complex problems in real-world applications.
Ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Requirements

6+ years of experience in software engineering
3+ years of experience in people management
Technical leadership skills & experience
Great problem-solving skills and proficiency in one of modern programming languages (we use Python)
Experience in designing complex, multilevel software systems
Fluent communication in English

Nice to Have

Experience in scaling software projects.
Previous experience in the robotics or AI field.

About the Company

At Nomagic, we’re on a mission to teach robots the real world. We build robots powered by AI and have them in production at scale, seeing their real impact on critical operations. We test our code in unit tests, simulations, and on real robots. We’re still pretty small, so everyone has a direct impact on the final result and how we work. Onsites - half a day of interviews & discussions at the office

We make the final decision after max. 2-3 days after the on-site interview.
