Engineering Manager, RC Capital

RevenueCat is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead engineering for RC Capital, a new business line focused on financial infrastructure. This role is fully remote and spans across US and European time zones.

Responsibilities

• Build and Lead a Team: Hire, support, coach, and engage a distributed team to deliver consistently.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with product, design, and support teams to set direction and anticipate challenges.
• Iterative Execution: Collaborate on the execution of the roadmap and build efficient processes for predictable delivery.
• Mentorship and Development: Coach and mentor engineers to further their professional growth.
• Organizational Improvement: Work with other engineering managers to enhance the organization and foster a sense of ownership and inclusivity.

Requirements

• Experience: 6+ years of software engineering experience and 3+ years of managing software engineering teams.
• Skills:
  • Cross-functional collaboration to build prioritized roadmaps.
  • Ability to balance feature development, tech debt management, and system improvements.
  • Hands-on with code reviews, bug investigation, and SQL querying.
  • Customer-obsessed with a focus on outcomes and experiences.
