We are now looking for an Engineering Manager to lead that work and develop our engineering organisation as we grow.

Responsibilities

As Engineering Manager, you will lead Xenergic’s engineering organisation and take overall responsibility for product development and delivery. Working closely with the CEO, CTO and Business Development & Sales Manager, you will bring together technical direction, people and execution, ensuring that teams have the right priorities, resources and conditions to deliver.

Your main responsibilities will be to:

• Lead and develop the engineering organisation across analog, digital, software and verification.
• Take overall responsibility for product development and delivery, including resources, priorities, timelines and budgets.
• Develop engineering processes, design methodologies and ways of working that support quality and efficient development.
• Develop the team and its capabilities while creating clarity, collaboration and accountability across the organisation.
• Ensure effective communication and documentation throughout product development and with relevant internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Strong technical foundation and experience in complex product development within semiconductors, electronics or another relevant technology environment.
• Experience leading engineers and understanding how to create the right conditions for highly skilled specialists to do their best work.
• Comfortable setting priorities, making decisions and taking responsibility for delivery when several teams and technical disciplines need to work together.
• Pragmatic and solution-oriented leader who stays close enough to the technology to understand the challenges, ask the right questions and support your teams.
• Fluency in English is required.
