Responsibilities

• Lead project team to achieve project Q/C/D target

  • Project Integration Management (set up project, manage execution, monitor and close project)
  • Project Scope Management (collect requirements, define and control scope of the project)
  • Project Time Management (define activities, develop and control schedule)
  • Project Cost Management (estimate and control costs, determine budget)
  • Project Quality Management (Plan and control Quality, perform Quality assurance)
  • Project Resource Management (Plan HR, manage and develop project team)
  • Project Communication Management (plan internal/external communication, report performance)
  • Project Risk Management (identify, analyze, monitor and control risks)
  • Project Procurement (plan and manage procurement)
  • Change Request Management
  • Problem Resolution Management

• Analysis project financial data, identify and prioritize measures to further enhance business competitiveness and drive for sustainable business growth.

• Overall responsible for procurement management within business unit
