About the Position
We are seeking an Engineering Technician III to join our team in Ota-ku, Tokyo, Japan for maintenance and repair of dental equipment.
Responsibilities
- Maintenance and repair of dental equipment in dental clinics.
- Field support services, equipment inspection, and repair response.
- Customer explanations, quotation presentation, and price negotiation.
- Installation and post-installation repair services for products at customer sites.
- (Periodic) inspection visits for products.
Main customers: Dentists and dental clinic staff.
