About the Position

Join AUMOVIO as an Engineer/Specialist in Gurgaon, India, to lead maintenance programs and ensure high-quality repairs.

Responsibilities

Shift Handling activity, Breakdown handling, and shift reporting
Root cause analysis, CAPA, and proactive approaches
Lead preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime
Knowledge of PLC, servo drives, transducer, SPM, Assembly stations
ST programming understanding, diagnosis, and process mapping
CAPA implementation, PM, and predictive check sheet upgradation
Familiar with SAP, I4.0, Robotics, Drawing study
Monitor and report on maintenance KPIs and performance metrics
Ensure timely and high-quality repairs of equipment and infrastructure
Manage spare parts inventory and procurement
Coordinate with production, safety, and engineering teams for seamless operations
Maintain compliance with regulatory and environmental standards
Manage audits and inspections to identify risks and improvement areas
Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement
Supervise, train, and mentor maintenance staff and contractors

Requirements

Mechatronics B.tech with 4-7 years of experience
