We are looking for an English teacher with C2 level proficiency to join our IT-focused English school in Ukraine.

Who We Are Looking For?

We are excited to announce that we are searching for a super cool person who will help our students master English for work in IT.

Over the last two months, we have been growing at an incredible pace and need to add more than 2 people to our team 🚀

We 🚫ARE NOT🚫 looking for just any English teacher, we are looking for individuals (girl or boy - it doesn't matter 😊) who have expertise in teaching English for IT, or have previously worked in this field.

Requirements for the English Teacher Position

English proficiency level С1-С2 (having a certificate is a plus 😻)
CELTA (DELTA) would be a plus
Teaching experience of at least 2-3 years
Experience in individual (online) teaching
Experience in teaching groups online
Experience with online teaching tools such as Zoom, Google Meet, Quizlet, platforms, etc.
Desirable: Experience in teaching IT professionals (individually, in groups, corporate), sales, or business services
A desire to develop in the field of English for IT
Willingness to help students with different levels and different needs

About the IT KIT English School

What can we tell you about our school?

Firstly, we have been in the market of teaching English for IT specialists for over 8 years. Previously, we were called Kubasova ETS, but in 2021, we changed our name to KIT.
Secondly, we are focused exclusively on IT because we have real expertise in working in IT companies and know exactly what IT professionals need.
Thirdly, we are not a mass-market school. We do not have a "conveyor belt" of 100500 people. We have created a comfortable space for students and teachers based on an individual approach and personalization in learning English.
We won't tell you the usual IT stuff that our team is a family or that we are only looking for like-minded people. In reality, we are different, with different senses of humor, different needs, and different schedules. But we are united by English, mutual motivation, and love for our work.
We maintain the quality of teaching, so all our teachers undergo corporate training and professional development.
