About the Position

We are calling for potential linguists to join our English into Japanese translators’ pool.

Our range of projects include collaboration with various well-known gaming publishers, in and outside Japan. Projects length might vary and be flexible according to your availability.

As this is a freelance position, the job can be done from your home, no matter where it is.

Responsibilities

• Translate English to Japanese for MOBA games
• Collaborate with various gaming publishers
• Ensure high-quality and culturally appropriate translations

Requirements

• Japanese as mother tongue (mandatory)
• Extensive knowledge of English
• Translation certificate and/or equivalent experience
• Passionate about video games
• Knowledge of translation tools or willingness to learn
• Interest in MTPE
• Passing the entry test

Nice to Have

• Experience in gaming translation
• Reviewer experience
