The role combines specialist SharePoint Online and Microsoft Power Platform expertise with Service Reliability Centre (SRC) engineering, improving AIOps, observability, and automation to enhance application availability and operational resilience.
Working closely with application, infrastructure, and engineering teams, you will contribute to the evolution towards a proactive Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) operating model, focusing on incident prevention, intelligent monitoring, automation, and continuous service improvement.
The position is based in our Bengaluru office, working on a rotational shift pattern within a 24x7x365 operating model to support business-critical services.
Responsibilities

- Administer, secure, and optimize SharePoint Online environments, including site administration, access management, governance, and platform configuration.
- Support Microsoft Power Platform services, including Power Apps and Power Automate, covering administration, environment management, governance, and fix.
- Monitor, investigate, and resolve incidents affecting business-critical enterprise applications using Dynatrace and other AIOps and observability platforms.
- Collaborate with application owners, engineering teams, and third-party suppliers to expand monitoring coverage, establish alert thresholds, and onboard applications into SRC support.
- Drive proactive monitoring, root cause analysis, and preventive actions to improve application performance, availability, and service reliability.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts, operational runbooks, and monitoring processes to reduce manual intervention, enhance AIOps capabilities, and improve operational efficiency.
- Contribute to the adoption of SRE practices, including service health monitoring, reliability metrics, and continuous service improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of relevant experience in enterprise platform administration, application operations, or service reliability engineering.
- Strong hands-on experience with Dynatrace, including application monitoring, dashboard configuration, alert management, diagnostics, and performance analysis.
- Strong hands-on experience in SharePoint Online administration and fix, including site management, permissions, security, governance, and platform configuration.
- Practical experience supporting Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power Apps and Power Automate, including administration, fix, and environment management.
- Experience in enterprise application operations, incident management, performance monitoring, and root cause analysis, with a proactive approach to identifying and driving service reliability improvements.
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and operational automation, with experience developing and maintaining scripts to streamline administrative and support processes.
- Understanding of ITIL-aligned service management processes and experience with ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow.
Nice to Have
- Understanding of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), AIOps, and observability practices, including service health indicators and reliability objectives.
- Experience supporting enterprise business applications and SaaS platforms such as SAP, Salesforce, Slack, or Zoom, including their onboarding into monitoring and observability platforms.
- Experience with Python, JavaScript, Microsoft Graph API, REST APIs, or other relevant scripting and integration technologies.
- Knowledge of advanced Power Platform governance, Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies, and application lifecycle management.
- Experience developing automated operational responses and integrating monitoring platforms with incident management processes.
- Exposure to DevOps practices, cloud technologies, and continuous service improvement methodologies!
