About the Position

We are seeking a passionate, proactive, and results-driven Enterprise Account Executive for the Eastern Europe region to join our fast-growing and innovative company, Creatio. Creatio is a global vendor of an AI-native platform to automate workflows and CRM with no-code and a maximum degree of freedom. Our platform combines an AI-first architecture, composable no-code tools, and enterprise-grade governance to help organizations build and scale faster.

Responsibilities

  • Delivering against revenue targets and all key performance metrics
  • Generating new business opportunities on an assigned territory, managing pipeline, opportunities, and forecasting
  • Managing the end-to-end enterprise sales process and resources to create and execute winning solution sales strategies
  • Establishing relationships with VP/C-level buyers (Business and IT)
  • Developing and orchestrating sales presentations and product demonstrations

Requirements

  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience in complex solutions
  • Proven track record of meeting quarterly and annual targets
  • Deep understanding of enterprise sales and buying processes
  • High level of comfort with consultative sales methodologies
  • Superb written and verbal communication and organizational skills
  • 4-year degree required, with technical curiosity and desire to learn
  • Fluent in Ukrainian and Russian, good command of English would be an advantage
