  • Hold regular customer conversations to understand adoption, business priorities, upcoming initiatives, risks, and potential areas for growth.
  • Deliver straightforward product demonstrations and value conversations for relevant TeamViewer functionality and integrations, with Sales Engineering support available for more complex requirements.
  • Identify accounts with potential for larger or more complex opportunities, qualify the commercial trigger, and create a clear handoff to the Account Manager or Account Executive.
  • Coordinate with Support and other internal teams when customer issues arise, maintaining ownership of follow-up and escalating stalled issues appropriately.
  • Contribute to a high-activity, collaborative team environment with consistent customer engagement, forecasting, and CRM discipline.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years in a quota-carrying or pipeline-generating role such as inside sales, SDR/BDR, renewals, customer success, or account management; SaaS or technology experience is strongly preferred.
  • Experienced SDRs ready to progress into account ownership, or early-career account management and renewals professionals, are encouraged to apply.
  • Comfortable owning retention and expansion targets, forecasting weekly, and being measured on commercial outcomes.
  • Able to manage a high-volume customer book with consistent organization, follow-up, and CRM discipline; Salesforce experience is preferred.
  • Curious and consultative, with the ability to uncover customer priorities, adoption needs, risks, and growth opportunities.
  • Clear and confident communicator by phone, video, and email, comfortable handling objections and discussing straightforward commercial terms.
  • Fluent in German and English is required. Any additional languages are a plus.
  • Based in Munich or willing to relocate to Munich, and comfortable working in a hybrid environment.

We Offer
