Enterprise ERP Sales

About the Position

Join Odoo's team as an Enterprise ERP Sales professional, where you'll blend consulting and sales to advise large companies on digital transformation using Odoo ERP. Located in Sampora, Indonesia, this role offers a unique opportunity to work with Mid-Market and Corporate companies (+100 employees) from different sectors every day. Your mission will be to convince them that Odoo is the best ERP system for their business in the long term.

Responsibilities

• Understanding project context (legacy systems, challenges they are facing, reasons for change, timing, decision-makers, etc.) through qualification meetings
• Analyze business processes and workflows of relevant departments through various meetings
• Present how Odoo applications could fit with their needs and advise them on how they can optimize their way of working through a live software demonstration
• Work closely with the business analysts' team to design specific solutions
• Advise C-levels in their digital transformation, negotiate pricing and legal aspects
• Closely follow the project implementation
• Contribute to MMC department's optimization with your experience and initiatives

Requirements

• MUST HAVE

  • Bachelor degree, or higher
  • Fluent in Indonesian and able to communicate in English
  • Goal-oriented, strong communicator, and hardworking
  • Good business knowledge and logical thinking
  • 3 - 5 years experience in Consulting or Sales, preferably from SaaS or ERP industry

• NICE TO HAVE

  • Software and new technology awareness
  • Prior experience handling enterprise, mid-market, or corporate clients
