Enterprise Sales Manager

At Adyen, we provide payments, data, and financial products in a single solution for customers like Meta, Uber, H&M, and Microsoft - making us the financial technology platform of choice. We are looking for a motivated, independent, communicative, and social Enterprise Sales Manager to realize our growth globally. As an Enterprise Sales Manager at Adyen, you’ll be closing deals and managing relationships with international merchants, across multiple industries and multiple channels, so life is never dull.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle with our target merchants - from the prospecting stage to delivering realized margin.
• Creatively drive innovation for merchants in retail, digital, platforms, and financial services.
• Work closely with our commercial engine (Sales, BDR, Marketing, and Partnerships) to drive pipeline in defined target sectors.
• Become an expert in selling Adyen's world-class financial solutions.
• Partner with technology leaders and solution providers while working closely with our Sales Support, Implementation, and Account Management teams.
• Travel and network (~25%).

Requirements

• Proven track record in an enterprise sales role (5+ years), selling complex SaaS end-to-end solutions in the UK&I market.
• Fluent in English.
• Analytical, strategic negotiator with a commercially driven, goal-getting attitude.
• Ability to execute, manage time-sensitive tasks in a fast-paced, highly entrepreneurial environment.
• Team player who enjoys working with a global team across different offices, roles, and cultures.
• Experience in the tech or payments industry is a plus.
