Box Japanは、日本企業のコンテンツ活用とAI活用を次のステージへ進めるフェーズにあります。Enterprise Solutions Engineerは、経営・IT・現場それぞれの課題を理解し、Boxのプラットフォーム価値を業務成果に結びつける技術パートナーです。

民間大手企業（従業員数2000名以上）を担当するEnterprise Solutions

• 経営／業務課題に紐づくデモ、ワークショップ、テクニカルディスカッション
• PoC、パイロット、アーキテクチャ設計、価値検証のリード
• RFP対応、セキュリティ・コンプライアンス監査、AI利用ガバナンスの支援
• お客様の声をプロダクトマネジメント／エンジニアリングへ届け、改善を推進

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Enterprise顧客の経営層、IT部門、業務部門、パートナーとの対話を通じて課題と成功指標を整理し、技術的な知見を交えた提案を行う
• Box AI、AIエージェント、AI Studio、検索／Deep Research、データ抽出、ワークフロー自動化を含むユースケースを設計し、デモ・ワークショップ・提案資料・プレゼンテーションに落とし込む
• Microsoft 365／Teams、Salesforce、Google Workspace、Slack、ServiceNow等の業務アプリや、お客様のカスタムアプリケーションとの連携を設計・支援する
• コンテンツの分類、アクセス制御、脅威対策、監査、データレジデンシーなど、Enterpriseのセキュリティ／ガバナンス要件に沿った提案を行う
• 担当営業、CSM、コンサルタント、パートナーとアカウントチームを組み、導入後の定着・利活用・拡張まで見据えた計画と実行をリードする
• API、SDK、MCP等の開発者向け機能やエコシステムを活用し、Boxをお客様の業務基盤・AI基盤に組み込むための技術支援を行う

WHO YOU ARE

私たちは「AIファースト」の企業です。

• 5年以上のIT業界経験、かつ2年以上のプリセールス、ソリューションアーキテクト、ITコンサルティング、またはプロジェクトマネジメント経験
• クラウド、SaaS、インフラ、アプリケーション、データ、セキュリティのいずれかに関する実務知識
• お客様の曖昧な課題を構造化し、価値仮説、技術アーキテクチャ、導入ステップまで自ら描ける方
• API、OAuth／SSO、SaaS連携、ワークフロー自動化、生成AI／AIエージェントに関する知識または強い関心
• 大手企業への提案、複数ステークホルダーとの合意形成、またはパートナー／アライアンス協業の経験
• ビジネス使用が可能な流暢レベル以上の日本語力
• 読み書き可能レベル以上の英語力
