We are seeking enthusiastic B2B Outbound Call Center Agents to join our remote team. This is a success-based role with reference number 111.543.

Responsibilities

As an Outbound Call Center Agent, you will:

• Call existing, former, and potential corporate clients (B2B) and arrange qualified appointments for our senior consultants.
• Introduce and promote our modern and streamlined HR and recruiting services.
• Nurture long-term relationships by calling key contacts regularly and ensuring they know how we can support them in all HR matters.
• Make proactive outbound calls to HR leaders, CEOs, owners, and decision-makers in a professional, natural, and confident manner.
• Set appointments and follow up for our consultants, with the option to take over own sales projects after proven success.
• Use and maintain our CRM system consistently; work with proven phone scripts refined to fit your style.
• Ensure structured quarterly contact with existing and prospective clients to stay top of mind.
• Contribute actively to a positive, supportive, and performance-driven remote team culture.

Requirements

• Genuine enjoyment of B2B calling, building rapport quickly, and selling value and appointments rather than pushing products.
• Proven experience in outbound calling, telesales, or inside sales, ideally in a B2B or service environment.
• High discipline and self-motivation for remote work, willing to work core hours from 09:00 to 17:00.
• Confident, friendly telephone personality with the courage to speak to HR, CEOs, and company owners at eye level.
• Strong service mindset, reliability, and the drive to “put the cherry on top” for every interaction.
• Very good Turkish and solid English or German skills, as you will work with an international team and report to an Austrian leader.
