Entry-level - Game Host - Bartender, Server & Customer Service background

About the Position

We are seeking an Entry-level Game Host with a background in hospitality, such as bartender, server, or customer service, to join our team in Philadelphia. This role involves hosting live casino games on camera in a modern broadcast studio, bringing good energy to online players around the world.

Responsibilities

• Host live casino games on camera, including Blackjack, Roulette, and Baccarat
• Communicate with online players in a friendly and professional manner
• Follow game procedures and on-screen prompts
• Ensure the game moves smoothly and engagingly
• Bring confidence, focus, and personality to every shift
• Complete paid dealer training through Evolution Academy

Requirements

• Previous experience in hospitality, such as bartender, server, or customer service
• Comfortable being on camera
• Good energy and a positive attitude
• Ability to follow procedures consistently
• Reliability, professionalism, and punctuality
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must pass required background checks
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid Pennsylvania gaming license
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Strong communication skills and a positive, service-minded attitude
• Responsible, dedicated, and dependable

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged sitting at counter-height chairs and tables
• Repeated use of both hands and arms
• Full mobility and dexterity in upper extremities
• Ability to see and read a chat screen from 4+ feet away
• Ability to communicate verbally to players
• Ability to lift up to 10 lbs. when needed
• Ability to work assigned shifts including evenings, weekends, and overnights

• 7pm - 3am
• 11pm-7am
