We are hiring an Entry-Level Host - Server, Bartender & Associate for a full-time position in Philadelphia, offering paid training, tips, and a chance to work in a modern broadcast studio.

Responsibilities
- Host live casino games on camera including Blackjack, Roulette, and Baccarat
- Speak to online players in a friendly, professional way
- Follow game procedures and on-screen prompts
- Keep the game moving smoothly and engagingly
- Bring confidence, focus, and personality to every shift
- Complete paid dealer training through Evolution Academy
Requirements
- Have server, bartender, host, or hospitality experience
- Are comfortable being on camera
- Bring good energy and a positive attitude
- Can follow procedures consistently
- Are reliable, professional, and punctual
- Want a full-time role with real growth potential
- Are open to evenings, weekends, and holidays
No casino or dealer experience required. We will train you.

Physical Requirements
- Prolonged sitting at counter-height chairs and tables
- Repeated use of both hands and arms
- Full mobility and dexterity in upper extremities
- Ability to see and read a chat screen from 4+ feet away
- Ability to communicate verbally to players
- Ability to lift up to 10 lbs. when needed
- Ability to work assigned shifts including evenings, weekends, and overnights
