About the Position
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Entry-Level Medical Reimbursement Assistant to join New Paradigm Staffing, a growing healthcare staffing agency supporting remote billing and reimbursement operations.
This role is perfect for someone eager to support medical claims, verify payments, and ensure accurate reimbursement processes - all while learning from experienced professionals.
Responsibilities
- Assist with reviewing insurance payments and explanation of benefits (EOBs)
- Identify discrepancies between billed charges and reimbursements
- Contact payers when clarification or corrections are needed
- Update patient accounts with accurate payment information
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA and reimbursement guidelines
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail
