About the Position

Entwickler:in Full Stack (Angular & Node.js)

Location: München

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer specializing in Angular and Node.js to join our team in München. You will be responsible for designing and maintaining modern web applications from conception to deployment. With 3-6 years of experience, you will bring your expertise in Angular and Node.js to develop robust RESTful APIs and intuitive, accessible web interfaces. You will actively contribute to technical architecture, implement best practices, and collaborate closely with design, QA, and DevOps teams to create scalable and maintainable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Introduction of SAP SuccessFactors to support future-oriented HR processes
• Advising clients on best-practice or customized Digital HR Solutions with SAP SuccessFactors
• Supporting clients throughout the entire project cycle during the implementation of Digital HR Solutions – from requirements analysis to solution design and efficient implementation
• Configuration and customization of SAP SuccessFactors modules
• Independently conducting workshops and training sessions at client sites
• Supporting presales activities

Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience
• Proficiency in Angular and Node.js
• Experience with RESTful APIs
• Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors
• Associate Certification for at least one SuccessFactors module, preferably Employee Central, Time Management, or People Analytics
• Strong affinity for HR processes and enthusiasm for HR technology
• Creative mindset and consulting personality with a high standard of quality in your work
• Problem-solving skills, analytical and conceptual thinking, and strong communication skills
• Very good German and English language skills
