Join us as an Entwicklungsingenieur Embedded Maritime Systeme, all genders, to develop high-tech systems and safety-critical applications.
Responsibilities
- Work on challenging development projects for complex and safety-critical systems in areas such as maritime platforms, defense, sensor technology, avionics, and autonomous systems.
- Develop and optimize electronic and software-based systems, and program hardware-near software and embedded systems for control, communication, and sensor applications.
- Analyze technical requirements and develop suitable concepts, system architectures, and technical solutions.
- Coordinate electronics, software, and system functions, and oversee the entire development process from implementation and testing to integration and commissioning.
- Participate in national and international research projects and current technologies related to autonomous systems, such as guidance, navigation, obstacle detection and avoidance (2D/3D), and Signed Distance Fields (SDF).
- Enjoy modern software development and value high quality, clean code, and software craftsmanship.
Requirements
- A completed degree in natural sciences or engineering with or without professional experience.
- Fluent communication skills in German at the C1 level. We value practical communication skills.
- Ability to confidently face future challenges and motivated to shape new technologies.
