About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic, entrepreneurial, and results-driven Cloud Engagement Lead to join EPAM's rapidly growing Google Global Business Unit in London in a hybrid working mode. In this leadership, revenue-owning role, you will represent the Google Global business unit within your assigned BUs / Industries. This involves close collaboration with EPAM leadership, our delivery organization, Google stakeholders, and clients to drive cloud-enabled transformation.

You will initiate, shape, close, and expand Google Digital and AI transformation engagements across priority accounts and designated industries. This role requires you to take ownership of bookings and revenue closure while serving as a strategic coordinator across Sales, Practices, Google, and Delivery to ensure sustainable, scalable growth. Above all, you will manage your portfolio as a business-taking a proactive approach and holding yourself accountable for performance. You will combine strong business development instincts with solution credibility, guiding clients through their Google modernization journeys, building executive relationships, and promoting best practices across co-selling, co-delivery, and cloud engagement methodologies.

Responsibilities

  • Lead opportunities from origination to closure, including deal shaping, commercial structuring, strategic pursuit leadership, executive presentations, and pricing strategy development for high-value programs
  • Execute land-and-expand strategies across AI, cloud modernization, data, and application innovation
  • Build trusted relationships with client executives, positioning EPAM as a long-term partner
  • Collaborate with Google account and industry teams to execute joint go-to-market and co-sell motions
  • Leverage Google programs and funding (e.g., DAF, PSF, PSO, Catalyst, GET, etc.) to unlock opportunities and accelerate deal closure
  • Shape strategic Google Digital and AI transformation engagement deals, including architecture oversight and executive messaging
  • Align closely with EPAM Business Units to ensure pipeline health and account growth
  • Contribute to GTM campaigns, industry initiatives, and Google-aligned solution accelerators
  • Mentor client partners and teams in Google co-sell best practices and partner-led selling

Requirements

  • 10+ years in technology consulting, cloud strategy, or digital transformation, with Google cloud experience
  • 5+ years in business development, sales leadership, or alliance management roles tied to aggressive revenue targets
  • Proven track record in closing complex, multi-stakeholder Google Digital and AI transformation engagement deals with measurable results
  • Strong understanding of Google, application modernization, data, and AI platforms
  • Familiarity with Google co-sell programs, incentive structures, and partner engagement models
  • Ability to lead executive-level discussions and shape strategic programs independently
  • Excellent stakeholder management, commercial negotiation skills, and communication capabilities
  • Experience operating in matrixed organizations and partner-led ecosystems
  • Willingness to travel up to 25–50%
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred
