Job Details

• Job Title: ER Registered Nurse
• Location: Largo, MD
• Setting: Hospital
• Pay Range: $2100.99 - $2206.04 per hour
• Schedule: 19:30 - 08:00 (Night, 3x12-Hour)
• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Candidate Type: Traveler

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care for patients across all age ranges in a hospital setting.
• Administer treatments and medications for diagnoses such as Chest Pain, Stroke, Sepsis, Cardiac Arrest, Trauma, Respiratory Illness, and Respiratory Arrest.
• Use specialized equipment including Belmont in trauma, Giraffe warmer for neonates, Rapid infuser, Lucas for cardiac arrests.
• Collaborate with a team to maintain a patient ratio of 1:4, up to 5 with lower acuity patient groups.
• Float within the specialty as needed, including required weekends and holidays.

Requirements

• Licenses and Certifications:
  • RN MD state license
  • BLS
  • ACLS
  • PALS
  • NIH
  • CPI
  • TNCC
• Experience:
  • 3 years of experience required
  • Travel experience required but will consider first-time traveler with 5+ years experience
• Technical Skills:
  • EPIC charting system experience required
