Product / Project Manager

About the Position

At Minimum Code, we're looking for a talented Product / Project Manager to join our team! Our mission is to help our clients-both startups and corporate clients-build SaaS products 10 times faster with No-Code tools such as Bubble.io, Webflow, and Xano. We are a fast-growing agency with team members in Germany, Poland, and Ukraine. Our team is fully remote, and we pride ourselves on our open and informal culture.

Responsibilities

• Project Planning: Work closely with clients and the development team to define key project objectives and establish daily and weekly tasks and responsibilities.
• Product Specifications: Create product specifications for MVPs or specific project phases.
• Project Management: Conduct internal check-ins with the development team, providing support with any questions, secure client approval on key milestones, and effectively communicate client requirements to the development team.
• Testing and Validation: Conduct checks to ensure that what the developers built matches the product specs and client expectations.
• Internal Process Improvement: Help us optimize our internal processes & tools, such as writing SOPs, organizing our Notion, improving team communication, and setting goals & metrics.

Requirements

• Experience: At least 2 years of experience in developing Bubble.io apps.
• Skills: Ability to quickly get up to speed in existing Bubble.io projects with many pages, complex workflows, and sophisticated data models and contribute.
• Knowledge: Strong knowledge of Bubble best practices, including security, speed optimization, and responsive design.
• API Integration: Ability to create API integrations with various SaaS applications like Shopify, Hubspot, Trello, and many others using the Bubble API Connector.
• Communication: Strong communication and collaboration skills in English to speak directly with the CTOs and product managers of clients about bugs and new features.
• Self-starter: You are a self-starter, proactive, and enjoy working independently with minimal supervision.
• Location: Based in the European time zone.

Nice to Have

• Certifications: Official Bubble.io certification and/or Airdev No-Code Bootcamp certification.
• Experience: Experience with Xano.com.
