ERP & Business Applications Support Engineer (Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O / Triskell)

About the Position

We are seeking an ERP & Business Applications Support Engineer specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations / Triskell to join our team. This role involves supporting and maintaining Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and related business applications, ensuring application stability, service continuity, and effective resolution of incidents.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Diagnose, investigate, and resolve application incidents.
• Perform functional and technical analysis of issues.
• Escalate incidents to vendors or partners when appropriate.
• Maintain application configurations and support system updates.
• Contribute to patch management activities.
• Perform root cause analysis and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Improve documentation and operational procedures.
• Support business process optimization.
• Following training, provide support and basic administration for Triskell.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience supporting or administering ERP solutions, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Experience supporting business-critical applications.
• Experience providing Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 application support.
• Experience with API/interface implementation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Understanding of business processes and application support.
• Operational rigor, autonomy, and accountability.
• Effective communication with business stakeholders.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• French considered an advantage.

Nice to Have

• French language skills.
• Exposure to Triskell or similar business applications.
