ERP Applications Manager (NetSuite)

A growing manufacturing organization is seeking a skilled and strategic ERP Applications Manager to lead the evolution and optimization of its NetSuite platform. This role plays a key part in enabling efficient operations across manufacturing, supply chain, inventory, logistics, and finance through smart systems design and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day management, support, and continuous improvement of the NetSuite ERP system.
  • Drive and manage NetSuite implementations, including configuration, customizations, integrations, data migration, and user training.
  • Develop and support system integrations using Dell Boomi, Celigo, or other integration platforms.
  • Oversee and enhance connectivity with third-party manufacturing and logistics tools such as RF-SMART and Pacejet.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across manufacturing, operations, supply chain, and finance to identify ERP needs and implement solutions that improve efficiency and visibility.
  • Serve as the ERP subject matter expert, translating business needs into scalable technical solutions.
  • Maintain system documentation, establish best practices, and provide user support and training.
  • Explore and implement new capabilities, including NetSuite Advanced Manufacturing, to support business growth and innovation.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of ERP experience, with 3+ years of hands-on NetSuite administration and implementation, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution setting.
  • Strong experience with integration platforms such as Dell Boomi or Celigo.
  • Proven track record working with tools like RF-SMART, Pacejet, or similar logistics and shop floor systems.
  • Proficient in core NetSuite modules: Financials, Inventory, Manufacturing, Procurement, Order Management.
  • Familiarity with or experience in NetSuite Advanced Manufacturing is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, supply chain processes, and warehouse management.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional projects and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to Have

  • NetSuite Administrator or SuiteFoundation certification
  • Exposure to MES, MRP, or shop floor control systems
  • Experience with EDI platforms such as SPS Commerce or TrueCommerce
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies
